Frequently Asked Questions
BPL & International Matches
Cricket Betting
If a match is abandoned or declared "No Result", all stakes for that match are generally refunded. However, if a result is determined using the Duckworth-Lewis (DLS) method, the bet may be considered valid. Contact the mk666 support team for rules specific to individual markets.
In-play betting lets you place bets in real time while a match is ongoing. Odds change after each over or wicket, so quick decisions matter. In the live betting section on mk666, you can see updated odds for matches in progress. Some markets may be temporarily suspended at certain moments.
Yes, mk666 lets you place separate bets on matches in BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and all major international tournaments. Different markets may be available for each tournament. For matches like Bangladesh vs India, markets ranging from match winner to top run-scorer are available.
An accumulator or "acca" bet combines multiple events together, with the odds of each leg multiplying, which increases the potential payout. However, if one leg loses, the entire bet is lost. On mk666, selecting multiple matches and adding them to the bet slip automatically creates an accumulator.
Match winner (which team will win), top batsman, top wicket-taker, first over runs, total sixes, and man of the match are generally the most played markets. The over/under total runs market is also quite popular. All these markets are available on mk666 through a simple interface.

Withdrawing Money
Withdrawal
Yes, for security reasons mk666 requires that the name on your mk666 account and the name on your mobile wallet or bank account must be exactly the same. Withdrawals to accounts with a different name cannot be processed. Contact the support team if you run into any issues.
To withdraw winnings from a welcome bonus, you must first complete the wagering requirement. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement, you need to complete ৳22,500 in bets based on the bonus alone. After that, the bonus winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
A withdrawal request first goes through a verification stage. Processing is usually completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If the money hasn't arrived after that time, first check your wallet or bank inbox. If it's still not there, contact mk666 support and provide the transaction reference number.
The minimum withdrawal amount at mk666 is ৳1,000. Requests below this amount will not be accepted. This limit applies across all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Slot Games
Slots
RTP stands for "Return to Player" — it is the percentage of total bets that a slot game returns to players over the long term. It is calculated based on the average results of billions of spins, not a guarantee for a single session. A higher RTP means a greater chance of better average returns over the long run.
Many slot games offer a demo or free-play mode where you can try the game at no cost using virtual credits. You cannot win real money this way, but it is a great way to understand the game mechanics and features. Ask the support team to find out which demo games are available on mk666.
Free spins are bonus rounds within the game where a set number of spins can be played at no cost (no additional bet required). They are usually triggered when a certain number of scatter symbols land. Some games add multipliers during free spins, which can increase the payout.
Volatility or variance refers to the pattern of wins. High-volatility games pay out less frequently but the amounts can be larger when they do. Low-volatility games deliver smaller wins more often. It is wise to choose a game based on your balance and patience.
mk666 offers games from several top providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe. Popular titles like Fortune Tiger, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Gems, and Aviator can be played here. New games are added regularly, so check the lobby often.
